Improve the performance of all athletes.
Catapult exists to build and improve the performance of athletes and teams at all levels of sport. The company is a global leader in sports technology, with solutions for every element of the performance ecosystem; from wearable tracking to athlete management and video analysis.
Catapult was recently named number 5 in the sports category for Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Companies 2020.”
The Irish Catapult story started with PLAYERTEK -a sports tech start-up based in Dundalk, founded by Dr. Ronan Mac Ruairi and Dr. Kevin McDaid. From an original team of 5 people in early 2014, the company grew to become a leading player in team sports performance technology and became part of the Catapult family in 2016. The team in Dundalk is IDA backed and works on a diverse set of products at the forefront of sports technology.
Catapult is looking for experienced and passionate software engineers to work in a fast paced and fun environment, working on the most innovative sports technology in their Dundalk office.
Our development squads follow the core principles of agile manifesto and are focusing on node and serverless technologies for microservices, React Native for app development to work on core Catapult platform components as well as wearables & video analysis products that are used worldwide across Soccer, American Football, Hockey, GAA sports and Rugby.
