Cpl focuses on developing and empowering their own employees, that is why from day 1 Cpl offer a wide range of online trainings available on OAK, our e-Academy and also a furnished library with books on different business topics.
- After 3 months, employees can enrol on our e-Academy to assist their career path and preparing them to apply for other potential internal roles
- After 6 months, once probationary period is passed, employees are able to apply for internal roles
