What you'll be doing: 

As Recruiter, you will be in charge of: 
• Supporting the UK Talent Entry Recruitment Team with various activities in relation to a complex and high volume hiring process including screening applications, arranging assessment centres, contacting candidates via phone and email and performing admin duties 
• Providing candidates and stakeholders with an excellent customer experience 
• Working with and maintaining the HR system, Taleo with a high level of accuracy 
• Proactively contributing to process improvements by highlighting opportunities to enhance the customer experience 
• Producing accurate reports using Taleo and other HR systems 


Professional skills: 
• Experience of working in a customer service environment, in administration and/or recruitment is an advantage 
• Proficient on all MS Office applications in particular Outlook and Excel 
Language skills: 
• English on a fluent level
