The team has been providing messaging and collaborative services for more than 10 years, now supporting global clients.
Currently we are looking for those enthusiastic candidates speaking German and English, who are seeking opportunities within IT to join our growing team. The new colleagues will be responsible after a learning period of time for providing high quality support to various clients for messaging systems at client side for the following technologies: Messaging (Microsoft outlook 2013, Lotus Notes 8.x, 9.x), Mobile Messaging (Traveler), Collaboration (Microsoft SharePoint 2013), Real Time Collaboration (Skype) and other related technologies.
Working hours: full time position
Messaging end-user support
- Client Configuration
- Troubleshooting including direct communication with end users in German and English language
- Incident handling (e.g. Outlook, Lotus Notes, email delivery issues, etc.)
- General user support (e.g. mailbox size extension, create, modify, delete user)
- Create technical documentation
Qualifications, required skills:
- Communication skills (both written and oral) in German and English at least at an active intermediate level is a must

- Experience in O365, Lotus Notes is in advantage
- Experience with Lotus Traveler is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013 is an advantage
- IT Certifications in the above technologies are an advantage
- Experience with complex messaging environments is an advantage
- Degree in IT field is an advantage
- Mobile Messaging, Collaboration or Real Time Collaboration experience is an advantage
