CPL Integrated Services manages an outsourced global service desk since 2011. Our global service desk provides IT support to its corporate clients in 16 languages employing in 3 locations across Hungary. Our mission is to provide the best workplace for our employees while offering the highest quality service to our clients. Thanks to the continuous effort made CPL Integrated Services Hungary have been voted and won the CEE SSC Award in the category of “Best Employer” in 2015 and 2016.

Now we are looking for our new Business Development Manager in the Covalen brand.

Scope:

• To expand the Group talent services (Managed Services, Outsourcing, BPO) to existing and newly identified large corporates and multinational clients.
• Lead and manage the team to deliver goals and objectives for achieve revenue and market growth
• Evolve the Covalen brand and services and to market Covalen in its sector
• Be innovative and develop a best in class offering and solutions for our clients
• Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to identify new services & technologies which will increase the Covalen business footprint in our markets
• Excellence in delivery of large scale services and contracts

Specific areas of responsibility:

• A primary focus on delivering large client and revenue growth

• Devising and implementing the company’s sales in order to deliver against the Groups ambitious growth and expansion plans
• Implementing sales strategies across the company and monitoring effectiveness
• Monitoring sales activities of competitors and utilising ideas where appropriate
• Negotiating large scale agreements for contracts with customers and ensuring commerciality
• Setting revenue targets for the company and setting key performance indicators in consultation with the team
• Working with the relevant departments and divisional directors on budgeting and planning
• Meeting with your colleagues regularly to assess company performance against KPI’s
• Responsible for and working closely with other business Directors in winning and managing large accounts
• Implementing a variety of business initiatives to drive sales and new offerings
• Speaking and presenting at conferences and events about the company’s products and services
• Driving analytics and reporting (CRM and other metrics) to help identify key areas of opportunity
• Implementing best practice in sales techniques
• Ensuring that Covalen has a clearly defined and aligned digital marketing strategy in which to develop and expand in our chosen markets
• Managing a significant sales plan and report on department performance to drive continual improvement and optimisation
• Cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external and internal audiences, including the media and key influencers
• Managing, develop and support a team of professionals, providing clear direction on objectives and indicators of success
• Representing Covalen at external events by providing industry resources, information and thought leadership to our clients, candidates and other stake holders

Education / Professional Qualifications:

• University degree
• 5+ years’ experience in equivalent or complimentary role

Relevant experience:

• Natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development with the ability to think creatively and to be innovative
• Proven track record of achieving large contract sales growth, with large corporates and multinationals and delivery of results to business plans
• RFI, RFP bid and tender management experience, client presentation & pitches
• Highly motivated and committed to building strong personal and professional relationships with customers and colleagues
• A great communicator who holds excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Able to manage their time well and enjoy working in a fast paced thriving environment
• Able to drive the business forward and work on new initiatives and campaigns to meet customer requirements and market opportunities

• Have a hands-on, can-do attitude to getting things delivered and completed

• Know how best to motivate, inspire and drive the sales to produce results
• Have the right culture, attitude and desire to drive our business and people forward
• Keen to make a difference in the business and advancing and developing the group
