Billing Analyst - permanent, hybrid policy 3days in office 2 days wfh - Dublin 2

Duties include:
- Work closely with regional finance managers and the client-facing teams to produce accurate and timely client invoices.
- Liaise and support client-facing teams to track and settle third-party vendor invoices.
- Support regional finance managers with monthly variance analysis, accruals and prepayments and cash-flow forecasting.
- Collaborate with finance team on continuous business process improvement initiatives, particularly on leveraging the newly implemented NetSuite system with Zone Advanced Billing.
- Continuously learning both finance skills and Financial Market product knowledge around Fund Services, Capital Markets and Corporate Services.
Requirements/qualifications for the role:
- 1-2 years’ experience in an accounts payable/accounts receivable role or similar office environment
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines
- Conscientious and diligent, with high attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client service mentality
- Professional, friendly demeanor.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible.
