Operations Manager m/w/d

Our customer at the location Berlin is currently looking for an Operations Manager m/w/d. The client is an international leader for outsourcing-, IT- and business consulting- services. With a global revenue of 12 billion Dollars and ranked at #3 on Forbes best rated companies 2019, the customer has quickly established himself, as one of the best environments for potential talent.

Responsibilites:

  • Creates the scorecard for the engagement and ensure flow down for the team, in order to align the team with the engagement objectives.
  • Co-ordinates resource deployment across all processes for the engagement (team size, span, shift utilization, skill sets, technology rollout) in order to ensure budget & pricing assumptions compliance
  • Proactively identify, analyse and improve the business processes within an organization for optimization and to meet the quality standards.
  • Conducts periodic reviews with ops managers and drives corrective action where required in order to ensure delivery predictability.
  • Anchors the key internal and external governance meetings, monitors adherence within engagement in order to sustain delivery predictability
  • Reviews and signs off the KM methodology in order to build effective knowledge repository for the engagement.

Validates and prepares business case for identified opportunities within existing service lines for growth.

  • Discuss and plan for foray into new services in order to meet business objectives and generate additional revenue
  • Engages with the key client stakeholders on areas of Improvements and commits resources in order to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 5 years of professional experience.
  • IT Service Desk Experience (ideally).
  • Established Team Lead experiences and qualities on a personal, as well as professional level.
  • Able to understand the overall context between Service Center and customer(order), in order to anticipate potential customer needs and coordinate adequate response from management.
  • Output-driven, familiar with an SLA Approach.
  • Fluent in English and German
