We are looking for an independent and customer oriented Receptionist who will be providing office and administrative support to office in Prague and ensuring the smooth running of the office and reception.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Handling telephone calls, forwarding messages, records of incoming and outgoing correspondence; contact with couriers (local couriers, DHL, FedEX, etc + duty customs declaration accordingly)
  • Ordering office supplies,
  • Maintenance and delivery of fruits and coffee supplies;
  • Performs miscellaneous routine clerical assignments

Meeting Logistics

  • Organize the logistics for meetings (catering, hotel, restaurant etc) guidance (visitor cards, parking cards)
  • Coordination, management and maintenance of conference rooms;
  • Responsible for clean appearance of the office, break area, meeting rooms and storages
  • Various events organizing and support
