We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced candidate to join our client's Shared Service Center team in Prague as we particularly value innovation and accountability and hence we are looking for a candidate who can easily identify with these characteristics and effectively cover communication with our internal & external customers and has order management experience plus fluent German and English.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Order management
  • Complaints processing: registration, coordination: status check, feedback on solution, follow up to Customer, seeking Customers´ feedback on satisfaction, return/refusal handling
  • Internal orders processing
  • Sales support
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer relationship and/or supply chain
  • MS Office (outlook, word, excel)
  • Fluent English with German spoken and written
  • Knowledge of SAP is required
