We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced candidate to join our client's Shared Service Center team in Prague as we particularly value innovation and accountability and hence we are looking for a candidate who can easily identify with these characteristics and effectively cover communication with our internal & external customers and has order management experience plus fluent German and English.
- Order management
- Complaints processing: registration, coordination: status check, feedback on solution, follow up to Customer, seeking Customers´ feedback on satisfaction, return/refusal handling
- Internal orders processing
- Sales support
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer relationship and/or supply chain
- MS Office (outlook, word, excel)
- Fluent English with German spoken and written
- Knowledge of SAP is required
