Responsibilities:

  • supporting the hiring and administration of foreign employees
  • handling the issues connected to submitting the work permit
  • ensuring the information in immigration documents is correct and follows the requirements
  • supporting a project focused on foreigners in the country, including tracking, analysis, creating reports and records related

Requirements:

  • minimum 2 years of experience in internal HR, preferably visa and immigration experience
  • knowledge of laws and regulations connected to immigration, being familiar with the process and practices
  • excellent skill in MS Office
  • ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • ability to prioritise, working effectively and with attention to detail
  • communication skills, both oral and written
  • Advanced level of English (C1) is a must
