KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order processing in an accurate and timely manner
  • Responsibility for Customer Service supporting one of the European Business units
  • Maintain high Strong language skills – English and German 
    ustomer service levels 
  • Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives 
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule if required 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or similar field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service
  • Strong customer focus orientation 
  • Strong language skills – English and German
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Must be proficient in Excel
  • Problem solver 
  • Experience with Customer Service 
  • Understanding of systems and processes
