Assistant Manager - IT

Description
- Provide L1&L2 level IT support to the employees within the degined SLA
- Track system issues and acting as primary liaison between the central IT functional teams and the operations teams
- Support the transition projects
- Ensure the compliance with the global policies and procedures
- Follow the IT asset management process
- Proactively work on process excellences
- Manage designated IT processes

Requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience in IT Support area with focus on EUC
- IT related educational background
- Very good English language knowledge (B2/C1)
- End User Computing, On-site IT Support, Project Management Skills
- Experience with: Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 7, WDS, McAfee Products, Microsoft Office, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM
- PowerShell scripting abilities
- Network basic knowledge
- Knowledge of ITIL Foundation (nice to have)
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills
- Very good prioritizing and organizing skills
- Team-Player
